Ragavan Rajkumar- Promoter & MD (Managing Director)

Mr. Ragavan Rajkumar, as Managing Director and Chairman sets and evolves the strategic direction for the Company and has been associated with our Company since March 1, 2016. He has overall 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Client Servicing and sales promotion in financial sector. He has nearly 8 years of experience in IT Services. He has been part of IT services industry with strong record of technology integration, cyber security and networking. He holds degree of Bachelors of Engineering in Automobile from Madras University.

Chintan Barot - Executive Director of the Company

Mr. Chintan Barot is a graduate in commerce and has extensive experience in business operations, real estate investments, and corporate management. He began his professional career in 2010 and worked until 2014, during which he gained substantial exposure in business administration, client coordination, and operational management. His early experience helped develop strong skills in organizational planning, customer engagement, and business development. Since 2014, Mr. Barot has been actively engaged as an investor in real estate projects, contributing to project evaluation, investment structuring, and overseeing development initiatives. His involvement has enhanced his expertise in real estate markets, financial assessment, and project monitoring. With his diverse entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Chintan Barot brings strong analytical abilities, operational insight, and strategic leadership to the Board.

Mrs. Sonam Ragavan - Executive Director of the Company

Mrs. Sonam Ragavan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive expertise in financial and management accounting, reporting, and taxation. She began her career as an Accountant Assistant at Infra Essentials and MRK Interior & Creation Private Limited, where she developed robust practical experience in core accounting functions and financial management. Over the years, she has strengthened her capabilities across diverse aspects of finance, building a solid track record of reliability and performance. Currently, Mrs. Ragavan oversees the finance operations of Globesecure Technologies Limited, where she plays a key role in maintaining financial discipline and supporting the company’s strategic objectives. As Executive Director, she has been instrumental in shaping and executing the Company’s financial strategies. Her leadership, combined with her expertise in finance, continues to drive operational efficiency and supports the Company’s long-term vision and success.
